07/07/2011 I ordered a cozy harness for my dog which I received a week after ordering from Tele brands company One Tele brands Plaza
Fairfield, NJ 07004 973-227-8777 or 1-800-777-4034. On 08/04/2011 I went to pay some bills and rent with my debit card (Directexpress) I couldnt Because I had money missing out of my account from a tel jewelry club I had never even heard of before 860 232 8478 I called and the number was disconnected and I searched the net but could find no such place but they sure stole $53.97 out of my account twice in one day 08/03/2011, I finally called telebrands the place I had ordered the cozy harness from on 07/07/2011 and enstead of asking for the cozy harness I asked for tel jewelry club and BINGO found then, let them know they stole money from me and I had contacted the police and attorney generals office in Iowa as well as NJ also made reports with the BBB and reported the internet fraud. I was then told I had ordered jewelry and it had been mailed out yesterday 8/9/2011 which was very convenant for them since all the reports made, I then told them I did not order jewelry did not want there junk jewelry I wanted my money back she laughed and said there was nothing I could do. Two days later I recieved two packages of what I think was the jewelry I did not open it I returned to sender with a message of did not order. My Question is where can I find a good lawyer in Iowa to sue the balls off of these creeps and maybe teach them some manners starting with thou shall not steal. I have changed cards and everything with my account and Directexpress has told me I will be getting my money back BUT I want to hit these people in there wallets as they hit me in mine.
