Consumer Fraud for a Car?

I purchased a car from a dealership that had only 3000 miles. Whe they gave me the car fax it was clean. I began to have problems with the car so i started doing my research. I came across a document that states my car was damaged and recalled and the dealrship covered it up... what should i do? is this consumer fraud? note that the car is a 2010 chevry Camaro

Did you buy it new or used? Also, they cannot disclose if it had previous damage if they didn't know. They're going by the same information you have. What is the document you are referring to? Some more information would help answer the question.
