Consumer Fraud question?

Postby rumford » Wed Nov 23, 2011 9:23 pm

Yes. Over a period of many years the nature of our society and its inventions have changed greatly. We now have computers, cell-phones etc. that help potential criminals plan things out easier than before. There is easier access to information that helps them steal identities etc. than ever before. The types of frauds committed today are more intricate in nature, yet can be committed easily on-line without ever meeting the person you are stealing from.
