Custody Of 15 Year Previous Son In California

I reside in CA. My sons mom lives in AZ. He lives with me in the summer season. But he needs to reside with me now. He is ideal here for Christmas and doesnt want to go back. His mom doesnt want him to. She explained she is going to inform the police i kidnaped him. Is there anything at all she can do about it? I am filling papers tomorrow.

At this juncture, it is a guessing game. How was paternity established? Was a help invest in entered, and beneath what situations? There has under no circumstances been a formal award of custody or visitation?

There is no previouse custody orders

Actually? Because the OP has refused to answer the inquiries posed by Aaron there is no way of knowing IF this OP is breaking the law. He could very effectively be guilty of custodial interference and harboring a runaway.
