Everyone deserves the basic human respect. It is a matter of the idea or the source, so if you don't like some ones view then discuss their views this is respectful. Don't bad mouth them personally. For example when the lady went to testify in congress about birth control if Rush Limbaugh wants to be respectful then he would attack her ideas, unfortunately rush has no respect for anyone including himself, so he has to attack her call her a slut etc.
