Enrolling into a ADI level 1 Drug Program, when will I have my first Drug-test?

I recently received my note of Discovery from my Lawyer and at the end, instead of being prosecuted, I was offered a small fine and a level 1 ADI program. I have smoke heavily (1-2bowls a night before bed) for chronic insomnia and depression. I stopped smoking 3 days ago and I have ordered a 200$ detox kit and plan on fasting to help eliminate any traces of THC. My question is, once I enroll into the program, when will my FIRST drug test be, and what happens if they it DOES test positive... I imagine as long as the traces go down throughout I will be ok. Another thing to note is my plea offer states "You must submit 4 consecutive acceptable urine specimens" so does that leave space for testing positive the first time, or showing a decline? I would like to add that I am 5' 10'' and roughly 270lbs. Pretty big guy, but im very active... I really need some help here, thanks guys!
p.s. I know using Marijuana is wrong (by law anyway), and trust me I have planned on quitting because my life is not worth gambling over. I'm trying to get health insurance so I can visit a doctor for my health problems, so please no lectures :).
