Could anyone recommend a good Family Law Solicitor in Sydney (City or near by) who accept Legal Aid matter.

You will do best by getting in touch with Legal Aide in Sydney and asking them to refer you to someone close to Sydney who will help you. http://www.legalaid.nsw.gov.au/asp/index.asp

If you speak to someone at Legal Aid I am sure that they will be able to tell you who to contact. They may even have a list of solicitors who offer legal aid services.
