How much can I claim in a motorbike crash leading to painful injuries?

I was hit by a Ute/pickup while i was merging into an emergency stop lane to give a call at my work that i would get late, but before i came to a complete stop after merging into the lane, a lady driver pulled in front of me without any indication/indicators trying to overtake the traffic in her lane and i hit my brake and slid to her Ute and collided and was thrown off my bike, which led me to continuous back pain, neck pain, Right Shoulder and my right wrist.

I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and later they discharged me after all the x-rays and ct scans and gave heavy pain killers, but the following day my pain was worse, my shoulder would feel like it would drop off, later the pain reduced in months, but too much movement would make the pain worse, but my major concern is my back, it really hurts me , i cant stand for more than 10 mins, i cant sit for more than 10mins, if i walk i can feel the pain, having sleepless nights, and the pain is also added from my neck, i cant move my neck freely, its stiff and i can always here it cracking if i turn it, the pain from the neck continues to my both shoulder blades, my mid back and my lower back and my neck is an issue for me.

I tried to ring up the company who's driver was at fault, first they refused to give there insurance details, then they denied it and then they gave wrong information,.. days passed i got a lawyer which is not really helping me much as im the only person doing much of the paperwork, the police confirms the lady who hit me was at fault, but there insurance company denies it because the owner of the vehicle is registered to some business which denies the liability.

Now its been nearly an year and my back and neck pain is giving me nightmares, and i have an appointment with insurance doctors in couple of months and as per my lawyer told me they gonna try to settle down the claim after the reports, but I don't know what figures to look, after my accident my wife's income is the only support at present, i was getting workers compensation and was been paid part of my salary, but they also ceased to pay me out and closed my file, my lawyers are gonna reopen my file.

I'm just 23 years old and currently feeling like a helpless old man due to limitations on what i can do now, I'm responsible to take care of my wife,my daughter and my parents, a bro and a sis. after all that's happening to me i really feel helpless for myself. The problem in my injuries is they haven't showed up in any type of X-rays, CT Scans, neither the MRI, i was really surprised to know my result as negative after all the pain that I'm suffering from.
The worse part, I'm unable to get employment in the industry because of my injuries, i don't know when i will completely heal, even if i heal, most of the recruitment agencies wouldn't prefer me working for them, as they would see me as Liability. And moreover what i know is back pain is an issue which last for ages or till the end of one's life.

So people out there can you all leave your kind suggestions for a situation like this, what should i be claiming and what for ?
