You didn't explain your parents objections to this trip. Does money come into play? You say you're paying for "all the expenses and such," but where are you living? Perhaps they're thinking it's an irresponsible expense for someone who has an education to pay for, or is it perhaps an education they're paying for.
Or is it the nature of the event itself that they object to? Big biker rallies aren't exactly known as bastions of high moral ground. If you're not, as you say, a party girl, I'm actually having a little trouble seeing what the appeal of that trip might be. Going to this when you don't like partying is a little like going to Mardi Gras when you don't like partying. What's the point?
In any case, you're 19, you can do what you want, but they're also no longer under any obligation to support you in doing what you want. You get to make your own choices, but you have to do it on your own dime.
