I am elegible for diversion but he wants me to admit i had paraphinila but not weed. should i do it?

i got charges with drug paraphernalia 1 disruption ( running from the cops) and 1 possession of marijuana on school grounds should i take it to court and law-er up or take the diversion and risk my future military career ? i am a admit nothing kind of person but im only 15 and not shure what to do

Either you take the diversion and have the charge disappear from your record once you finish the diversion, or you f*ck around and take your chances.

I'm not sure what you mean by an "admit nothing" kind of person, but it sounds an awful lot like a "dumb*ss" kind of person.
