I am in a class action lawsuit and the judge ruled in our favor there are 275 of us when do we get paid?

This was for wages owed and alot of job money held back there are 275 people getting money I am one of them and am disabled need help fast this has been four years waiting. when the judge rules for us how long before we get paid? the attorney is not avail for a bit just wondering and also do they take the total amount awarded and divide it by 275? or do people get differant amounts I was there 12 years at the firm and some people were there 1-2 years or so. thank you

Don't expect anything for years. If the judge rules against them,they can and will appeal.
Wal-Mart has had a case for owed wages in court for the last 6 years. Whenever a favorable verdict is reached for the plaintiffs,they appeal it again.
