I hate my soon to be mother in law, fiancés mother! ?

First year, I have been nothing but nice to her got her presents sent her really sweet things on holidays! Been nothing but a great person to his family and him. No matter what I do she hates me! I mailed her a gift in her birthday that I spend well over $30 on and she said she never got it, we know she's lying. I talk to her when she needs me and then she tells him he should be meeting new people! On fb it says we are engaged which we are! But she couldn't see with who so she asked him who he's engaged to! Then he calls me and asks if I have a ring from her son! Yes woman I do. I call her mrs .. So & so I'm very nice to all his family and he says I don't have to be this nice but I mean I'm marrying him! They will be there forever might as well get along! She told my fiancé my family has an arranged marriage planned for me! Hm? I just don't know how to handle her! She sends me weird things like I'm spending time with (fiancés name) & I'm like aww :)! And she gets mad & doesn't reply! She's bipolar! He says he hates her but that's not true I've always made him get her something on holidays and I've changed him to better doesn't smoke or drink anymore. & she hates me! I mean HATES me! She told me he's a liar & an idiot & is planning to cheat on me and is leaving me within a week! Well it's been over 7 months since she has said that!
