I have a workers compensation claim pending in AZ.?

I am currently seeing insurance IME. Insurance Co. told me today that I could NOT see a doctor of my choice. Their IME they want me to continue with (sciatica ??? VERY painful low back pain) is horrible. A mill. Also, my employer suggested that I use my vacation time to recover from the injury sustained at work. I said I didn't think it was appropriate to use my only vacation time and "they" said "what's more important? Your back or your vacation???????!!!!" I was asked to move heavy office furniture from one location to another (I am 52 years old and the others available are b/t 25-30) and when the top of credenza began to fall, I prevented it.
