How to withdraw a workers compensation claim?

I went to the hospital for treatment at first i thought it was work related but it want how can i withdraw my claim? i don't want to try to claim i just want to withdraw my claim with no settlement

Just go to your labor board and tell them you want to withdraw the claim voluntarily. They will have you sign a release that may prohibit you from refiling on that case.
