You are referring to the legal age of consent, which is 16. As far as travel - you would need to have parental permission, which you never have. Also, the age of consent is far more than likely distinct in Florida and it really is a state-by-state law. It may not be 16, there. As a mom, there is no way I'd ever let this happen.
