If someone steps onto your property do you have the right to shoot them?

no if someone goes in your house and poses a danger then you can blow their face off but not on your yard because someone would go crazy shooting people on Halloween for trick-or-treating.

You are a sad, strange little man. It's not a justifiable shoot unless the person you pull the trigger on is posing an immediate threat to your life (including physical injury) or the lives of others. Just stepping on your property is no where near enough justification.
