If anyone knows about Workers Compensation legislation being drafted by Barry O Farrell containing retroactive elements I would love to know, Was anyone under the 1987 Workers Compensation subjected to conditions of the 2001 amendments introduced by Bob Carr? I always thought Workers Comp was quarantined from being retroactive, but after the solar rebate incident where Barry wanted to make it retroactive, I am not so sure.

They seem to do anything they want except admit there is 100 years of compressed natural gas in the US to where we would not need imported oil, but that would hurt Big Oil that is in Congress's pocket. Senator Durbin of Illinois says there isnt any, he must be more interested in the Dream Act to get Latino voters since he is up for election. He lost my vote and is antigun.
