What do i if i was injured at work?

I had cervical vertebrae injury related to my job as a mechanic, i just had a surgery and i wanted to know if i should get a lawyer to get a workers' compensation. What should i try to get a money compensation or should i ask to covered for the rest of my life in case i need more medical attention in the future?

i am not clear if you had back surgery and then a 2nd injury occurred or if the injury occurred and you had surgery to fix that. workers comp lawyers will normally do a consultation for free of charge and to handle your case for a percentage of the settlement. good luck.

This certain case refers to workplace safety..If you injury was because of unsafe working environmental than you'll probably get full compensation. I think you need a good lawyer to represent you...i have friend who knows one, I'll call him and then will write you OK?

If you were injured on the job, you hopefully reported it immediately and before you wemt into surgery. You would most definitely be covered under L&I. If you didn't rep
