If you call a business to drug test a worker do they have to?

im just wondering if you can call a place and tell them to drug test a cert en person will they have to and if they don't is it against the law?

I don't know about all places but if it's a hospital then yes they will. There was just this huge deal about a druggie hospital worker that infected about 150 with hepatitis from dirty needles.

No it is not against the law if they do not test someone because a random person calls them and tells them that someone is on drugs.

Under the current laws, no. Your employer must send you to the Obama care clinic where you will be certified drug free irregardless of what is in your system, and allowed to vote twice. As any good illegal immigrant/ democrat should.
