Well, I believe that should you do not have a palm about the wheel, many cops might claim that you don't possess the car in check. It increases a fascinating problem for me personally, however. i am hearing that as long as you have control of the vehical and you are not being distracted there is no law that states you have to have at least on hand on the wheel at all times. which is imposible in a standard transmission vehical.
