Is Killing A Person In Self-defence Justified?

Postby Rayhourne » Fri Feb 07, 2014 4:50 am

Yes, it's warranted if we're regular individuals like aam admi as he's aam admi in aam ka aam ya aam ki gootli. But when he's an individual who is just a believer in the concepts of or a fan of Reverend Gautam Buddha or Mahatma Gandhi or Jesus Christ then he mustn't destroy for just about any cause whatsoever. Remaining aam community be exempt from this.

You will have to prove with solid evidences that killing was a result of self-defence not only to the investigators but also to the court of law

Is Killing A Person In Self-defence Justified?

Postby Benji » Thu Feb 13, 2014 3:49 pm

Not necessarily. If the situation happens that the person defending himself/herself

cannot outdo the aggressor then any step taken on the spot is justified. Killing doesn't happen with any intention in that case, it just happens.

Is Killing A Person In Self-defence Justified?

Postby Aod » Mon Mar 03, 2014 9:52 am

To destroy somebody one demands energy / energy also some resources that may be utilized hitting. If it's possible to do that this means that he's in better place compared to challenger. Nevertheless there are lots of conditions that identifies self defence. So far as I'm problem killing a person in self-defence is partially justified and partially not based upon the requirement and situation.
