We live in Washington but want to get married in San Diego, not sure what flowers we should use for a December Wedding.

Costco is a great place to get flowers for a reasonable price. That's what we did and then had a friend who was a florist arrange them. You can always arrange them yourselves though, if you have the time. Good luck and congratulations!
