I have a junior operators license in mass but got a speeding ticket in rhode island will my license be revoked in mass because my speeding ticket? In mass if you get a speeding ticket as a junior operator your license gets suspende for 90 days, is that still inaffect because the ticket was in ri?

Yup. Penalty is enforceable where you hold operator's permission.
