Mel s harris, a notorious law firm specializing as strong-arm for debt collectors, called me repeatedly ...?

Postby shadrach » Wed Mar 28, 2012 10:03 am

... over a few months (maybe 300+ times). i think it was on a robo-call becaue they would sometimes call and say "mel harris bla bla bla"but when i would try to answer the phone it was on an automatic hang up because there was never anyone on the phone. i strongly believe it was an attempt to harrass me.

i wrote down some of the dates and times of the calls. i have a record but not a 100% perfect record.

i want to take this list of times with me to court when i fight this company in court.

will this help me to have this information??

also, has anyone else had any problems with MEL S HARRIS OR PINPOINT TECHNOLOGIES (pinpoint bought the debt and mel harris is the legal muscle).

i want ammunition to fight mel harris who incidentally has a class action against them in CA starting up right now.

Turn him into the FTC. They have much more muscle than you do.

Consult your attorney. This firm may be in violation of consumer protection laws in your state.

If there is a class action against them, you may want to join in that lawsuit. If so, contact the plaintiffs' attorney.

Do NOT try to go up against these experts on your own. Until you have an attorney on your side, they can out maneuver you all the time.
