The same cop pulled my over in Clarkson Valley Mo.(near Chesterfield) in the Greater St. Louis area. He gave me two bogus DWI's. I currently have no job & no money to hire an attorney. I need to keep job hunting but it's very difficult with no driver's license. I also have no representation at my soon to come hearing on the suspension. Anyone out who can help me? I would sincerely appreciate it.

Hi CamrynJoy, I think you should be able to enquire about this by contacting the state's medical board who can tell you about their credentials and anything else you need to know. Hope this helps :)

If you are talking about no insurance card but you have a paid insurance policy, go to court and talk to the prosecutor and he/she will most likely drop the charge or just make you pay court costs.
If you were driving without an insurance policy, you face the loss of your license. There is no easy answer for this because you are probably guilty of the crime so there is no way to "BEAT" ...

We carry a 'drivers license' to prove that we're legal drivers. We carry 'voters' cards' when we go to vote. We carry a 'medical card'...our credit cards...Why not just carry a card that says we're a 'citizen'? If someone is stopped by the authorities, the card # is punched into a computer...and, if they're 'legal' they're free to go. A small inconvenience and a quick solution.
