Help during army medical discharge?

My husband is Army Active Duty and developed skin cancer while deployed to Iraq. Medical practice (private office) at home?

I'm a board certified pediatrician working full time for a hospital.

Am thinking of starting a private office and at the moment just what to do Saturday mornings seeing patients in my home.

Is there any legal recourse for my friend?

A friend of mine went to a doctor who perscribed a sulphur based perscription. My friend is allergic to sulphur and had a mild reaction that kept her out of work for a couple days. My father passed away in 2006........?
