Also, once licensed, can I hire fundraisers to raise money or donations? If so, do they have ...

Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Question?

Regarding somebody I know...Is it true that as of the first of this new year 2011 that a sole-proprietor with zero employees must carry workers comp. because he uses subcontractors? I own a similar business my self and know all the differences between who's a sub and who's an employee and the documentation you have to keep to prove who's who. That aside, I thought comp was only necessary for those with employees. A company ...

How much does liabilitiy insurance for a electrical contractor cost in texas, and workers compensation insuran?

You can get an electrician's bop for about $500.

Workers comp is a lot more, and it depends on your payroll. It STARTS at around $1,000, or 10% of payroll, whichever is HIGHER. Assuming no outside line work.

Would a lawyer practicing family law like to be surveyed for a college paper?

I am a 20 year old college student and need to interview a lawyer practicing either family law or workers compensation. The research paper I am conducting describes my dream job as a lawyer in either two categories and needs an interview to be concluded. If you can help me out, we can conduct this interview in person, over email or even instant messaging. Thank you so much.

LET'S VOTE OUT *EVERY* CONGRESSMAN (REPRESENTATIVE & SENATOR) EXCEPT SUPER EARMARK FIGHTER JEFF FLAKE (ARIZONA).

This is too true to be funny...

The next time you hear a politician use the word 'billion' in a casual manner, think about whether you want the 'politicians' spending YOUR tax money.

A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency did a good job of putting that figure into some perspective in one ...

Why does a person w/no job experience get hired over a person with 30 years experience?

I was on workers compensation for more than a year. My employer advised me after Dr. released my that I no longer had a job after 15 years. Economy. Now there have been no SDI insurance paid. I cannot collect. There has been no unemployment insurance paid, I cannot collect unemployement. The best of all after 62 resumes and applications with two interviews and I still do not have a job. I am in California
