Heck no. That's totally against the law.
You can lose your "position" if you're out for more than 90 days, but they must reinstate you into an equal-paying position when you return.

I just got a letter in the mail that says:

"An application for adjunction of claim has been filed with the workers compensation appeals board for the above claimed injury. Please reference the above wcab ID number on all correspondence to the wcab. This notice constitutes a conformed copy of the application."

Can someone explain what this means to me? Please?

l have a case in 2007,from that day l been have medical services when l needed,(facet injections)to my back,which is painful,l still have discomfort,want to know if l can closed my case and for how much,another point is l never stop working,even with pain l always was working because i have family to feed,thank you
