Please help me with my mother!?

I am 18 and i live in poteau oklahoma.. My mother-in-law is getting bad on pills again .. She used to be a drug addict and when i first moved in with her she hated me because the drugs made her mean also she was mean to the rest of her family. Now she is getting back on pills such as: zen bars, Oxy cotton... things like that she claims that she is in "pain" all the time i know she is lying....... Her son myy Husband and her husband is too scared of her to tell her anything.. She will fight with them. she has been to the docter and they said that she has arthritis and things of that sort... but not bad enouph that she has to take medacine all the time...........What do i do..... i love her and don't want to fight her or hurt her...

well, you are looking more polite and from a respected family so it is your family issue and I think you should decide about the way how to act and it is your own decision to apply it in your family and let every thing go pacific and nice
