Pre Emploment Drug Testing

Hello ,my question is on a PRE-EMPLOYMENT drug test,if it is positive does the mro officer call me to disscus my test?or since its a PRE-EMPLOYMENT test the mro officer DOES NOT have to call me ? i guess i had two questions for you?              thanks for your time!                         curtis

Hello Curtis,

To be honest I do not know if there is an absolute answer to your question.  I know there have been lawsuits filed re: this issue but I believe most if not all are in state courts.  My expertise is in federal employment laws.  I would suggest speaking with an attorney is the beat way to get a solid answer.  Best regards
