Reckless driving charge in VA?

Clearly you didn't learn from the first ticket. I sure hope you get some time because your stupid *** excuses (no one was around - I'm sorry but 90 is NEVER okay no matter what is around). How many idiots like you have run into trees, lamps, fences, parked cars because they lose control by going too fast.

Clearly, you don't stay out of trouble. If you have been nabbed twice that means you do it all the time. You put people's lives at risk and until you acknowledge that, they court will not treat you kindly. And apparently you drink and drive too.

You aren't a good kid, you don't try to stay out of trouble. You are a selfish person who is only thinking about his own interests. You shouldn't be allowed to drive. Fortunately, they will probably pull your license.

This is a misdemeanor, so you can expect trouble getting jobs in addition to a big fine and jail time. Was it worth it?

Being late is not an excuse. Oh sorry people, I'm too important to give a crap about anyone else and if I'm late it's okay to risk people's lives.

This stays on your driving record the same time as dui, 11 years. (Six points) It is treated the same as a DUI. The penalty for reckless driving is up to one year in jail, and/or up to $2,500 in fines. Reckless driving carries the possibility of a suspension of driving privileges for up to 6 months.
