What is the ceremonial process of "Setting Forth" a candidate for Ordained Minister in the Church of God

Do they pass around a big ole reefer and all take a toke on it, or is that a different church?

Churches have Phone Committees: they carefully deliberate on who'll be their Pastor, thinking about the congregation's desires and also the requirements of this specific congregation.  Phone Committees also decide when the Pastor has overstepped his bounds and certainly will substitute him when the need arises. Think about the catastrophe that Trinity Methodist Chapel created once they employed a loudmouth apostate called Jeremiah Wright.  He created them notorious within the country which all-but shut their doors.
