As a general principle I don't believe in living a life based on a scarcity philosophy or holding other people to a poverty level living standard.I believe the minimum wage should be doubled, and I'm willing to pay for it if necessary in increased prices(though wages are often just an excuse for profitable companies to gouge consumers).   NanoNano 4 months ago

I was reading the article with some interest until I saw that the SEIU was involved. They are totally crooked and unbelievably sneaky in their dealings. We have been hooked by them here in Oregon as carers for our retarded son. We voted against unionizing and refused to join. No matter, we still have to pay into them and get nothing in return. Agreed. And when people feel they are being respected at work they tend to produce better products, come up with creative solutions to old problems...
