Not necessarily. If you are abusing or bullying someone else, then you are breaching terms of service and are eligible to get your comment removed to total suspension of your account.

Sure, you have freedom of speech, so as long as you're not posting illegal pictures or using your FB page to conduct illegal activity, you can't be prosecuted by the government.

However, FB can shut down any page they want, and they probably will do so to yours and that's legal since it's FB's site.
