When does the court ask for a drug test..?

I got in trouble for selling a drink to a minor, last month, and court doesn't start till 3 weeks later. This is the first time I ever got in trouble by the law except for traffic tickets, like no insurance and 2 speeding. Would they ask for a drug test..?

Dude, Here's some Advice. When your going to court, EXPECT a drug test. Stay clean for awhile, trust me it's worth it. I've made the mistake where I thought I wouldn't be tested, and I was tested. I failed that test and now I'm on House arrest and probation. Trust me, staying clean for 3 weeks is way better than being on house arrest forever and having to stay clean for a long time, and not being able to see your friends. Please, Just assume they are...
Also, they will usually test you on THAT COURT DATE.
