First you want to do a little research on what a class action lawsuit is and figure out if that's what you really want. I don't think it is. Then think about if you have what it takes to file a class action suit by yourself. I don't think you do. In fact, I'm reasonably certain that you don't.

Present your information, find out what they can offer, and if they think it's a good case, they will take it on, if not, you can ask where you can go with it...otherwise just go file a formal complaint with your state's capital...
