Postby osmont » Sat Jun 02, 2012 10:42 am

About 2 weeks ago I was injured at work. I cracked a bone in my right foot. I have not yet heard if I have been approved for the workers comp. my issue is that i can not bare any weight on my foot there for i am using crutches and a wheel chair and i can not drive I don’t have a ride to work to be honest really don’t want to work for this company
Any longer so if i quit are they still obligated to pay my doc. bills???

your medical should be covered but you will forfeit any claim to income replacement and most likely will drastically reduce a settlement (if you had a permanent disability that warranted a settlement)...

do NOT quit, follow the doctors and the insurance companies orders, once you have reached maximum medical improvement and are released you can then quit the job.......
