Also, when you go sit for the bar exam, they are going to ask you that question once more, have you been convicted of a felony, so you will have to disclose it once again. Most applications ask, "Have you ever been convicted of a felony," not have you ever committed a crime. So your charge was dropped to a misdemeanor, and is not a felony? Or is it?
