I'm disagreeing with everyone here. I was a 14 year old having sex with a twenty year old who I thought loved me, yes he did use me but I've learnt by that. Surely you want your sister to learn by her mistakes? Also you don't want her to think she cant you on anything ever again because that's how I would feel. Dont get the guy in trouble - sit her down, tell her if they got found outbhr could be locked up for rape, also ask her if she us using contraception and check that there is no way she could have an STI or be pregnant.
