14 year old girl having sex with a 20 year old guy?

My little sister (not blood related, not family, we're just really close) is dating a 20 year old guy. I know she's been sexually active for a while but seriously, 20 years old? That's too much, and it's against the law. I know him because he's close to my age and this is a small town, he's been with a lot of girls and who is to say he doesn't have an std or something? Anyways, I'm really not comfortable just sitting back and knowing my little sister that's 14 YEARS OLD is having sex with a 20 YEAR OLD man slut. That's soo illegal too. So, I was wondering, is there any way I could get this guy in trouble? I'm doubtful because the only evidence I have that they are even sexual is a conversation off of facebook where he's bragging to some guy about it.

Help me out!!! This is wrong on so many levels.
Ps. I live in Oregon by the way if you need some state laws or something like that...

i dont understand guys like that. dude your 20 and i'm pretty sure there are some nice hot chicks near his age with a lot more "stuff" than some 14 year old girl

There must Child Abuse Hotline. If not, try a Suicide Prevention Hotline.

These people are trained to help people in difficult situations find the resources they need.

If those aren't available, phone a police station (during a slow time, Thurs. 10 am?)

and ask to talk with someone about the situation.

(Evidence on Facebook, we are sorting to see, is becoming acceptable in a court of law.

And it's effectively impossible to erase.)

If this guy is anything like the festering bucket of dog snot that he appears to be,

it may be that this is just the kind of opportunity the police have been waiting for.

Ah my God... I agree it's wrong, he's clearly just using her, this is happening to my little sisters friend! Exactly the same! She's 14... He's 20... She thought she was pregnant etc etc...

Well, if she's admitted it and you can easily talk to her about this situation then what you could do is voice record her admitting everything to you, including his name and age. If she hasn't spoken to you about it, just get her to admit it while you secretly record it.

Gather up screen-shots of him bragging to his friend also (Press 'PrtSc' on your keyboard, and paste it onto pain & save..)

He's technically a paedophile in England, where it's classed as rape for a 16+ yr old to have sex with someone younger than 16.
