Back-Pay?

Postby Byrtel » Thu Jun 12, 2014 3:28 pm

I'd my reading today and there is a problem of the beginning date.  I worked nearly the entire period I used but ensured I created significantly less than the total amount, whichever it is named major anything I think.  I quit employed in nov but I used in 2006 and had an beginning day of 2005.  If he chooses to just return to jan may I lure that component?  Additionally, I origionally wanted an beginning day of delivery, however the judge stated I'd to constantly not create enough profit the decades from 22 on up? Is the fact that right? Cheers!

You either appeal the decision or your don't.  If it is appealed, the entire decision is up for review.

yes, you are able to appeal the judgeis decision.  in my opinion you've 60 days.  you may be no longer working having an attorney.  if you should be unsatisfied using the result, I'd suggest obtaining a lawyer to assist you with any charm. Unsure I realize your state for advantages returning for your birth.  it'd appear the only method you might obtain benefits under this situation is if among your parents, who's increasing you, was getting ssdi benefits.  in this instance, you also might have been entitled to 50% of the advantage susceptible to a general household limit.  another choice might have been ssi benefits if you were handicapped as well as your parents had small revenue to ensure that you qualified. Listed here is an ssa link on kids with problems for the evaluation: http://ssa-custhelp.ss...

you can appeal the onset day, but as i understand it, it puts the whole decision up for review.  you should consult with your attorney on this.

So you're saying I can't just appeal the onset date?
