Well, I don't know much about Oklahoma law (I assume it is about 20 years behind California law... safe bet.) however I do know that since you have allowed them to live on your property, they are considered residents of your home. In Cali, all you need to do is serve an eviction notice. They are easy to fill out, and cost about $20 to register at the courts. Once the court approves and stamps your paper, you can give your tenets (lol @ squatters) the eviction notice. If you are afraid to do it yourself, or if the tenets refuse to vacate, you can get the Sheriff's office involved. A big part of their day to day job is to help with evictions.
There are 2 common evictions. A 3-day pay or quit, or a 30 day quit. You should go for the 30 day, the 3-day pay or quit is for tenets who have a rental agreement with the owner. Unless you have a renters agreement with your tenets, you will have to use the 30 day form.
Cheers.
[Edit: Holy crap, please don't read any of the answers above me. I swear some people just make crap up and decide it is fact.]
