Help With Paternity

Postby Ebenezar » Thu May 29, 2014 11:42 am

Ok, so this is actually the scenario.
Our current sweetheart if imprisoned right now, i delivered him an afidavid to signal therefore our oldest boy might arrive at visit him. he captured a solution, simply because they informed us that there's no means he may be the dad since he was imprisoned at that time, but really he was on teather. Additionally they approached my x sweetheart who thinks he's the daddy.
In 1999-2000 I had been asleep with them both, (my sweetheart at that time didn't understand) after I discovered my his partner and that I were pregnant we quit viewing one another, (he didnt know about me having a baby)
Used to do not provide my oldest boy a dads label on his birth certificate, since I had been uncertain of who the daddy really is.
my x sweetheart and that I separate more than 3 years back, and he's had no-contact around until this occurrence occured.he today has another kid, and another on the road.
my present partner and that I have already been back together for just two years now. He's currently agreed to perform a bload check, and also the officials informed him they couldnt make him do one. We're marriage within the next month or two, as well as if my present partner eventually ends up not being the paternial dad, he'd be thrilled to look at him as his own.
Therefore, I suppose my concerns are, since he closed the document, and also to the very best of our understanding, there's a great opportunity he may be the dad, is the fact that constituted as scam?
Additionally, if he's not discovered to become the peternal dad, what actions might we consider from there?

If you intentionally file a false document to establish paternity, you risk the possibility that the biological father will later challenge the affidavit. It doesn't sound, though, like the other possible father is likely to do so.
