I will test to be as short as I can, I acquired married to a lady considering she was pregnant with my very little one. We separated one month later on on due to the reality she was cheating on me. She then turned the marriage licence in following the due date. She took me to court for help and she did not present 3 occasions. I missed one date and I was put on youngster help. They did'nt make her go have the DNA test finished. So now the check usually indicates almost nothing. She agreed to have the check out completed and the kid's not mine. The court says immediately following 4 years due to mom or father youngster relationship the child is mine due to the truth a default judgment was entered. Now the courts wont let me use the DNA check and half of my shell out is going to this... youngster. 50% of my pay out out! The court appointed lawyer agreed with the attorney basic workplace and tricked me into siging papers to enable 50% of my shell out to go to her. $500 for assistance and $250 for insurance coverage coverage. What can I do?

I was soo disturbed that day in court plus ai trusted my man appointed to me to do the appropriate stage. Now I cant get them to take into consideration back to court. Query, Who supports males in this wide variety of condition? And If I spot an ad in th paper about the divorce and get no reply could I go prior to a judge and have the divorce granted? She's taking element in hide and seek out so she wont have to signal the papers.

The thirty day expiration could perhaps be in regards to the marriage ceremony only. If you in no way had a ceremony (court home incorporated), then it is fraud to declare there was ever a marriage. The finest matter you could do is to educate on your personal as substantially as probable about the laws and apply it to your circumstance, and then hire an atty. You can get discounted legal suggestions if you have a domestic relations office in your spot. You can find out at the Texas Atty Gen internet web page. For laws, Refer to http://tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/fa.toc.htm

You can not terminate rights unless she is remarried and her husbadn adopts which does not appear to be the case considering that you are nevertheless married to her. I would continue to call about, see if you can learn some sort of fathers rights groups, or somebody prepared to support you pro bono. Given that you have been married to her, and its been 4 years, so substantially time has passed she had time to throw you beneath the bus.

While the dad very easily threw in the towel my rights can that aid? Folks maintain telling me thats what I've to comprehensive. Envision if the licence was location in following the experation date, may possibly that gap the marrage?

If the marrage licence has a 30 day termination period on it, and it was turned in after that date would that void the licence? If that is the law then we are not married.

I did request the test, but she didn't show and the courts did nothing. I still have the paperwork from the day I went for testing. The case was dismissed because she didn't show up. But they came back after me.
