My question requires paternity regulation for Their State of: Ny...This Can Be A question Regarding a household Memeber which im tryin to simply help out.
He was thinking on how to find out how can he come across paternity testing with a child that he's been raising,which the mother claims that he's not the father but he strongly believes he's, She's denying DNA.Is he ready to get her to court?what does he have to do?

If he's increasing the kid, it's simple enough to complete a cheek swab DNA examination.
For arguing paternity, you have not provided us important details, including whether he signed an affidavit of parentage, was adjudicated the daddy, or was committed to mom at that time of pregnancy or birth.
