I have the right to refund my money. right?

i still have the OR i always make sure to keep it because of the warranty..they had replaced the phone that i have originally purchased but the one that they have replaced is still defective and i no longer have the patience to come back again to that store to have the phone replaced so i will be insisting on a refund since they can't provide me with a decent phone..

You can still ask for a refund under the Consumer Protection Law. If they replaced your crappy phone with a crappy phone, you might as well ask for a refund. The mere mention of DTI to them would send them scared sh1tless. What more if they don't have an NTC license.

reconditioned phone? ickk. where did you get it from? I worked for radioshack, and we could send it in / give a refund within a month but you also forfeit your contract. Basically you have to get a new one with a new phone. But if there is a warranty id call the 1800 number and ask for a manager and tell them youve sent it in and it still doesnt work and you want a new one. Radioshack would replace a reconditioned phone if it was sent in more than 3 times. Seriously, call the warranty number and talk to someone that can help you because the store wont be able to considering you got it from a third party retailer..at least it seems like. Just call and if they cant help you ask for thier manager and just keep going up the chain of managers until you can get someone who can help you.

You would think after 3 attempts to get a decently working phone, they should have to give you your money back. It sounds to me like they know they have a bad product that they are selling, and that is why they don't want to give people's money back. They are hoping people will take the crappy phones, and then let it go when they break. It sounds like a very tacky business to me.

yeah thats the philppines.in germany no big discussion they will refund it.here they will ask your choice.new one one money back.today its juts amazing what i did.i bought a jeans of my little girl last tuesday and she used friday so now when i looked at her the ways he walk very uncomfy so i return it without any problems but in pinas yes lots of people involved like are manager,supervisor and others. .dont give up dear.go there and show the guarantee papers.

Your first problem is buying a refurbished phone. Anything refurbished is bad news and they do not have a refund policy. Most do have an exchange policy I beleive. You are pretty much duped into having this phone. Let this also be a lesson not to buy anything refurbished no matter the cost or how good it looks. You are going to pay for it in the long run. The only thing I can suggest is to look over the contract, terms and conditions and see what it says in there on refurbished equipment. If it says NO REFUNDS you will not get one. If it says EXCHANGE ONLY then you have to exchange it. The only other thing thing that you can do is talk directly with the manager. Don't talk to the salespeople but the manager itself they might be able to help you more. Also when you buy anything eltronic, whether it be cell phone, computer etc always know what you are signing and what you are getting into. I think these guys seen you coming on this one and that is why they duped you on a crappy phone that doesn't work.

I have bought a cellphone just recently and it was a reconditioned phone..it has a warranty of 3 mos but i really want to refund my money already..i have been going back to that store for 3x and still they can't give me a decently working phone! ooh i really am pissed off with them! i want my money to be refunded but they are saying that they do not refund..why can't they just refund my money since they really can't give a decently working phone..i am really really angry with them..their store should be closed! they are fooling people..
