I got a ticket from the chp in light traffic for aprox 90 in a 65. no way I was going even close to that speed. Maybe 70/72... The officer was in a hurry. He also gave me a ticket for driving on a expired license. No, I had a extention at that time and he wouldnt look for it in the system. He was in a hurry or something. After he left, I noticed that he spelled my last name wrong. My name is Knott and he spelled it Scott. Also when I cheked online for a record of the ticket, it also said Scott as my last name. I was there and didnt speed that fast and the officer wrote the ticket with someone eleses name on it. I want to use the defense that he was in a hurry and made mistakes that were clear that day and a big mistake also he made that he said I was doing 90 mph. No way! He wasnt even in traffic. He came from an onramp after I passed by it. Do I have a chance? please respond with Ideas and positive feedback and not just "No you loose". Thanks, TK
