well it depends whether you get a high end or low end from either company.any company when you pay $900+ makes sure the product is great quality.though if you intend to spend $300-700 there are some decent laptops but not amazing quality or build.as for the ram I'm not sure what you mean by trademark.do you mean ddr 3 vs ddr 2?or 1333 vs 1600 vs 1066?because I have no clue what you mean as to trademark?like do you just mean brand?
