Mentally unstable customer, is it wrong to kick him out?

Postby therron57 » Sat May 12, 2012 6:06 pm

He's an old man who stares at women across the restaurant and mutters to himself when angry over the smallest of things. One time he said "f$ck this sh^t and demanded we kick them out because a family with a small child was crying for a couple of minutes. He tells my female servers they are beautiful many times although hes older 60+, and they are young 20's. All my servers are scared to serve him.

By law, and morally, is it wrong to kick him out or deny him entrance?

its your restaurant, if you don't want him there don't have him there as simple as that you have the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. (the only way you can be wrong in that situation is if you are discriminating against a person because of their race religion or sexual orientation)You could also consult with the police with the matter if you kick him out and he comes back. Also sexual harassment charges and there might be something else going on about disruption of public assembly or something along those lines.
