It's a figure of speach dumb @ss, Oh sorry! babies shouldn't hear cuss words! but anyway, you sound like you need to put on some big girl panties and get the hell over it, like seriously CPS would laugh in your face if you called them.. I feel sorry for your mom!

Well I know your situation. Every time i had fight with my younger brother, I always get scolded even though it is my brother who started it. The reason is that your mom feels that you are older than your brother, so you should be the mature one instead of blaming your younger brother. Well I know how it feels to be a big brother. You get scolded every time your younger brother made a mistake. That is why the best tactic to get all your console back is: apologize to your mom. I am sure your mom would forgive you if you follow my wording. " Mom, I am really sorry for what happen back in the Mcdonalds last time, It is my fault that I got angry with my younger brother. I should have been the mature one. I promise that I wont repeat the mistake again, so please forgive me.". There you go, I know you will feel like **** when you say this sentence, but remember, YOU did not lose, you just pretend to lose in order to get all your freedom back. It is a tactic. In the end if you use this tactic you will get all your stuff back and could release your anger inside the games. OR, you could keep pride and did not get your freedom or even your stuff back. It is up to you which one to choose.

Can you turn her into CPS? Lmao, you will look back on this and laugh. At about college age-23 most kids realize ALL the work that was put into bringing them up. She pays a lot to keep care of you so appreciate her and stop acting like a kid :)

Her reaction was completely reasonable, hell, I don't know how she kept from smacking you right then and there. 15 years old & you don't know what respect is. Act like the big boy you are and reflect on just what you did instead of asking the internet if you could get your mom into ****.

It's difficult to believe you are 15 from your behaviour in McDonald's and your Yahoo! Answers post. Jeez kid, grow up. You're lucky you're not my kid, things would have gone much worse for you than losing an Xbox and an iPod. I cannot even imagine if you tried to report me to anyone for reacting appropriately to that kind of childish scene you and your brother displayed. Life's not fair kid.
